Protection from Defects in materials and workmanship for two years
Be covered from Structural defects for 10 years.
Rot and Fungal Decay protection for up to 10 years
Loss of Deposit Up to 5% of contract price
Non-Completion Up to 10% of the contract price
Remedial works Up to 20% of contract price
