I am meticulous and like things done well. Marley and his team of builders met
the expectations I set. I had no issues with them. They kept to the project
plan and finished on time. Inspections were organised in a timely fashion
enabling the work to keep on progressing, even with the complications of bad
weather, the team seemed to manage though it all. As my house was built in the
early 50's there were a number of issues that needed to be addressed. A
solution was always found. Marley was always willing and able, nothing was ever
a problem and the promises he made, he stuck to. They even worked around me
living in the house during the whole build period! The quality and

dwelling for me and I am impressed by their professional service. Marley is an
excellent builder. He has very high work ethics. Throughout the build he was
honest and open. His organisational skills are excellent and therefore kept my
build according to the schedule. All inspections were done in timely manner. He
improvises things and therefore able to handle any problem effectively.
He does what he says and he says what could be done. Bad
weather is not a problem for him as he put extra effort to compensate the lost
